In a recent ASBAS Digital Solutions webinar from Coffee King, Phil Di Bella, he described a brand as a story that people tell about you what you’re not there to tell them about it yourself. Whilst there is a lot of talk about branding, messaging and marketing in today’s crowded market of tips, tricks and opinions, there is often no simple method offered that helps you work out what your brand’s messaging is and how to ensure that the story being told about you is the story you want to have told about you.

The StoryBrand method starts with creating your BrandScript – a cohesive set of messages that you use to reflect both the story you want to tell and the story your customers need to be told. This is done by exploring the most unlikely source of business, the movie, Legally Blonde.

In this 1-hour interactive webinar you will explore:
- What your customer’s big questions are
- What you can do to ensure you are answering their questions
- How to bring the right amount of empathy and authority to help them win the day
- How to spur them into action
- How the fear of loss drives customer behaviour

At the end of the session, you can submit your worksheet responses to an Australian StoryBrand consultant to be assessed and you will be given suggestions for what your brand messages are in a free report offered only to ASBAS Digital Solutions participants.

about the presenter

Dante is currently Head of Digital at Treeti Business Consulting, founder of digital agency, Clickstarter, and an experienced speaker, presenter and training across media, marketing and technology.
