Making Your Idea a Reality – How to Register For An ABN

Workshop
Presented by Cesira Leigh

Delivery Method : Face to Face

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is intended for anyone serious about starting a new business. It is the first of a series of 4 workshops designed to make your business idea a reality.

As such, it is a pre-requisite for this event that you will need to have undertaken some business commencement activities, have less than 20 employees, intending to operate your business for profit and if already available, provide your ABN.

Starting a business requires a lot of effort and commitment. As well as registering your business for an ABN, in this workshop we will cover many key elements to be considered before starting up a new business including:

  1. Do you have the right skills?
  2. Are you prepared to sacrifice your lifestyle?
  3. Do you have the discipline to continue through tough times?
  4. Do you have access to the money you need?
  5. Are you prepared not to have a salary?
  6. How good is my business idea?
  7. Are you prepared to seek help?
  8. Are you prepared for the risks including not succeeding?
  9. Come along prepared with questions pertaining to starting up your new business.

If you are comfortable to do so, you can start with registering your ABN prior to the workshop; here’s the link:
