Navigating uncertainty: A critical thinking approach to business strategy post-lockdown by Bethan Winn

Webinar
Presented by Business Station

“The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence; it is to act with yesterday’s logic.”
- Peter Drucker

When times are turbulent, we can't be prepared in advance with what to think.

But we can prepare ourselves with how to think.

The timeless principles of Critical Thinking inspire conscious decision making and problem solving, no matter what the situation.

These practical tools will help you stay on course, save time and save money as you define the next steps and focus areas for your business.

Please be ready to make lots of notes with a paper and pen or your preferred note taking software. This session is interactive and will include things to work on as you follow along. It would be useful, but is not essential, to complete a values survey before the session: https://survey.thevaluesproject.com/ and to make a note of the purpose and vision you have for your business.
