Have you identified your target audience? Need better strategies to communicate with them online? In this session you’ll learn how to create video content that resonates with your ideal customer on social media, how to map out and understand the customer journey, how to build a loyal customer base, and how to bring in 5-star Google reviews. With a firm understanding of your ideal customer, you’ll be on track to get new customers (and hold onto existing ones).

This session runs for an hour and a half and will be presented by our Digital Solutions advisors (online and in person).

about the presenter

I have more than 18 years’ experience in strategic marketing, communications and PR within the tourism industry and continue this industry involvement as Director of both Swan River Seaplanes and One Eighty Marketing.

I hold a range of qualifications including a Diploma in Tourism and a Masters in Marketing and additionally I hold membership with several professional organisations including the CEO Institute of Western Australian.

Throughout my career I have represented businesses from all aspects of the tourism industry including retail and wholesale travel companies, conference and incentive houses, cruise operators, tour operators and luxury resorts.  I have judged the WA Tourism Awards for four years and proudly represented Western Australia as a national tourism awards judge for three years.

I have also assisted in the personal development and education of those in the tourism industry through the development and delivery of training packages for Tourism Council WA, and I strongly believe in the future of tourism and the potential for huge growth in Western Australia.

My work in the industry has ensured success for a plethora of businesses and signifies my passion and commitment to small business.
