The importance of creating Investor, Collaborator & Sales Decks
During my one-on-one session I am often asked for a template or an example to guide founders in the formulation of their proposition to investors, collaborators or customers.
In this more advanced session we dispel the myth of there being an off-the shelf structure for investor, collaborator or sales pitch decks which is fit-for-purpose for your business/startup.
Effective pitching is just effective communication which builds value in the mind of the prospect and inspires desirable actions to be taken (by another party) whether it be:
- Invest their time
- Invest their money
- Invest their contacts in a combined initiative
- Various of other actions/commitments
Of course it is still somewhat useful to have a framework to use as a starting point, however we still need a lot of feedback to achieve clarity and the desired results.
We will look at who to solicit feedback from in order to constantly improve your all important suite of pitch decks.
