About the ASBAS Centre
The ASBAS centre is not only the home of the Australian Small Business Advisory Services (ASBAS) Program in WA, it is also a co-working space with a number of permanent offices, desks or hot desks available. We can also host any small to medium sized training events or meetings in our board room.
Also co-located here is the Training Station Australia team, as well as some of our friendly Business Station staff.
The ASBAS program supports thousands of small business owners each year with direct advisory, workshops and webinars. The ASBAS Centre is the place that brings all of those services together and provides a space for all of these services to be hosted in a convenient, central location.
Plus, to deliver our mission to drive growth in small businesses, we have also established a centrally located space for business owners to lease office space, co-working space or just drop in to utilise one of our many hot desks.

Our facility has a variety of well lit, furnished offices and dedicated desk spaces available. Located conveniently near public transport, with easy access to parking (Hay Street or Bennett Street), great coffee shops and plenty of lunch options, it is the ideal place to house your small business or start up. All of our spaces include access to wifi, reception, shared kitchen, cleaning and most importantly – a coffee machine!
Locate your business in the CBD without the need to sign a commercial lease! Our hot desks are available on a daily or monthly rental option and include wifi, access to our shared kitchen and coffee machine and cleaning.
