Business Station Subiaco has approx. 50sq.m of co-working space and hot-desks. Co-working memberships are available on a daily, part-time and full-time basis. Co-working memberships start at $30/day or $200/month for part-time members.

Prospective residents first complete a ‘New Licensee Application’ form which provides the essential contact, background and reference information. Once approved, the Parties enter a ‘Tenancy Licence Agreement’.
The office is air-conditioned and has data and telecommunications points installed. Chat to us about a furnished option.
Payments are made in advance and are due on the first day of every month via direct debit authority.
All utilities are included in the licence fee.
The security at all of our centres is our utmost concern. Residents are issued with individual access keys providing 24-hour entry, seven-days per week.

Phone and data access
The office suite is fully cabled with four phone/data sockets linked to a central control panel. This delivers total flexibility to connect and transfer tenant lines from and to any office. The tenant will need to organise connection with a preferred telecommunications and internet provider.
Outdoor open space
Residents are not confined to four walls and desks as there is a balcony with outdoor furniture. Whether conducting business from a mobile office or networking with other residents, the balcony provides a relaxed part of the Centre.
Available office equipment and technology
Business Station Subiaco includes audio-visual equipment, digital photocopier, A3 colour laser printer, scanner and fax facilities for a nominal fee.
Residents have access to the kitchen (including, fridges/freezers, microwaves, stove/oven and kitchen utensils). Included in the residency rates are cleaning fees, including kitchen, toilets, common areas, and windows. Secretarial services are available for a nominal fee and a welcoming reception and waiting area greets your guests.
