Mathew O’neill is a very intelligent young individual who has used his creative engineering mind to start his own business. Mathew needed a premises that was close to home and had a supportive environment.
Mathew moved into the Gosnells Incubator on the 8th March 2016 which was the start of Rubix Design. Mathew has used Business Station’s resources well for over 2 years, attending many networking events, seeking business advice and making the incubator his home. He has built strong relationship with all the staff and fellow tenants within the incubator and is always there to lend a hand when needed.
Since becoming an incubator member, Mathew has secured ongoing work with many well-known mining companies and is continuously working on new equipment to better the industries safety and efficiency. Mathew has gone from no employees to hiring one full time employee in June 2017 to just hiring a second casual employee in February 2018.
With an increase in staff and the need for more space, Mathew recently moved into larger commercial premises.
