Having previously worked in the retail and beauty sector, Rachel has extensive experience working in customer service roles.
She is a qualified first aider, having completed her First Aid Certificate last year.
In her role as Customer Support Officer, Rachel is responsible for:

- Business advisory support

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys going to the gym, going on adventures with her dogs and baking (as long as it is something sweet).
