Edith Cowan University’s business and innovation centre (ECUBIC) is WA’s premier purpose-built business facility, providing flexible cost accommodation, services and management support.

About ECUBIC

Located centrally in Joondalup, within walking distance to the Joondalup shopping centre and train station, ECUBIC is the ideal location to house your growing business. Our facility boasts a variety of serviced offices, training rooms and meeting rooms and a working hub which can be accessed by any ECUBIC members.

As well as serviced offices, members can access the wide variety of business support services available through ECUBIC.

What is an Incubator?

Our ECUBIC facility is able to offer low-cost office space, as well as a full suite of services to assist small to medium businesses, start ups and sole traders launch and grow their business. Uniquely positioned near Edith Cowan University allows our members to utilise some of the university facilities. Services provided by the incubator include:

ECUBIC has a dedicated space for co-working. Our working hub is a light and bright space with access to high speed wifi, kitchen and bathrooms (and a vending machine).

$20 day pass (9am - 4.30pm) for a desk with access to high speed wifi.

ECUBIC’s training room is perfect for any group training or meetings. We have a number of rooms available and can tailor a package to suit your needs.

66 sqm, with kitchenette and access to courtyard, it currently has a capacity of up to 20 people available for $45 per hour or $225 per day.
ECUBIC has small meeting rooms available for $25 per hour, or $79 per day.

Membership at ECUBIC includes complimentary use of the business hub space, as well as support and mentoring including:

– Networking events
– Business advisory services

About the Tenant:

Reach life is committed to assisting individuals, groups and organisations realize their unique potential and to reach the life they want to live. We are a team of professionals with backgrounds including occupational therapy, psychology, social work, counselling, mental health support workers and lived experience wellness facilitators. Working across the lifespan, we collaborate with individuals and organisations in creative and practical ways to build foundations for hope, skills for living and lives rich with meaning. Reach Life works collaboratively with other health professionals, including GP’s, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals.

About the Tenant:

APEG provides Australian VET programs to students in China. The programs have been designed to develop students to the highest levels of both academic knowledge and practical skills. APEG’s programs are accredited as National Recognised Training in Australia. This accreditation is recognised by universities in Australia as prior learning and may assist Chinese students to gain entry to Australian universities. APEG’s current programs include Business and English training.
