Attend a 3-hour workshop each month for three months with a small group of up to 12 business owners. You’ll build a foundational understanding of your business before developing a financial plan, and growth and marketing strategies.
Take part in catch-ups with your group for the following three months to discuss what you’ve implemented and achieved.
Receive a one-off 1 hour consultation with an advisor to talk about your business.
