World Wide Workforce, owned and run by Graeme Sellars specialises in recruitment labour hire – predominantly for heavy duty mechanics and operators. The business employs people from overseas and Australia.
Graeme started the business because he saw the opportunity to work for himself and make a difference. He signed up to the Digital Solutions program when he needed support to use social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram for marketing. He wanted to improve the reach of his Facebook Ads and his recruiting capabilities on Facebook.
He was paired with Kasia McNaught (social media marketing) and Sarah Thomson (digital marketing) and attended online one-to-one sessions and workshops. “I went to an online workshop with Sarah and then asked to work with her. She was brilliant. Her communication was very thorough; it wasn’t rushed and she made sure I understood everything.”
